Make Real Progress With 1:1 Guidance

Whether you’re returning to your practice after time away, working with injuries or physical limitations, or strengthening foundations and refining alignment, I can help. Private classes are perfect for workshopping specific poses, addressing targeted areas of the body, and developing a consistent routine. But the practice doesn’t have to be purely physical. Private sessions can also explore breathwork, mindfulness, and how to integrate yogic principles into your life beyond the mat.
