About me
I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with nearly two decades of experience teaching yoga, leading workshops, teacher trainings, and hundreds of private sessions.
My background in movement, shaped by sixteen years as a ballet dancer and ongoing study of anatomy, biomechanics, and somatic awareness, informs a teaching approach that is both technically grounded and deeply intuitive.
I aim to help students understand and trust the innate wisdom of their bodies, and build strength, clarity, and connection through practice.
