This 4-week yoga series is designed for students with a consistent, long-term yoga practice who want to return to the foundations—not as “beginner work,” but as the essential skills that make practice stronger, safer, and more integrated.
Across four Sundays, we’ll emphasize the foundations of a safer, more sustainable practice:
Refine fundamental poses and transitions, build whole-body strength with joint-smart mechanics, and deepen breath-to-movement connection so your flow becomes more efficient, balanced, and sustainable.
