Where Precision Meets Power
Each class begins with a blend of core-focused mat Pilates and floor barre exercises designed to activate deep stabilizing muscles and establish alignment. From there, you’ll move to the barre for isolated sequences rooted in classical ballet technique, engaging the glutes, thighs, arms, and core. Props and bodyweight resistance are used throughout to enhance focus and intensity.
The session closes with stretching to lengthen and release.

What to Expect
-
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for full range of motion. Bare feet, socks (or ballet slippers if you have them) are recommended.
-
No prior experience is necessary! Precision Barre is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to barre, Pilates, or ballet technique.
-
Just yourself! We provide all props used in class, including mats, resistance bands, small weights, and balls.
-
Precision Barre is low-impact but high-intensity, focusing on deep muscle engagement and controlled movements. Expect a challenging yet accessible workout that builds strength and endurance without jarring impact.
-
Precision Barre incorporates more classical ballet technique than most barre workouts. The exercises performed at the barre are deconstructed versions of traditional ballet movements like pliés, tendus, rond de jambes, etc. They're intentionally scaled to be accessible for all levels—no dance background required—while still delivering the strength, control, and elegance of ballet-based training.
