Welcome, I’m Elizabeth. I teach yoga and offer 1:1 Deep Listening sessions for people who feel out of sync, have been carrying too much for too long, are tired of pretending everything’s fine, and are longing for a space to just be real. My work is about helping you feel your feelings, uncover what’s true for you, and discover the deeper desires beneath the surface so you can begin living your most authentic and fulfilling life.

What is Deep Listening?
1:1 Deep Listening is a private, 45-minute session where you can share whatever’s on your heart or mind — no judgment, no agenda, no diagnosis. You’ll receive focused, compassionate attention, with attuned, thoughtful listening and reflections that help you feel seen, understood, and supported. While this isn’t therapy, everything you share is held with care, discretion, and deep respect. This is an intentional space where you don’t have to mask, fix, or explain yourself — just bring what’s real, and I’ll meet you there.
What It’s Not.
This isn’t therapy or clinical care, it’s not about diagnosis or treatment. It’s not coaching, with goals or performance metrics to meet. This is about holding space for insight, clarity, and guidance to emerge naturally, honoring your pace in a way that’s meaningful and true to you. It’s a flexible, nonjudgmental container where your experience is honored as it is, with no pressure or pretense. Where you’re met with connection, validation, and understanding.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and deeply personal. I’m not here to fit you into a formula or offer canned advice. I’m here to meet you where you are—to listen closely, reflect gently, and help you hear your own voice more clearly. Every session is shaped around you, guided by curiosity, care, and respect for your unique path. Together, we create space for what’s true to emerge naturally, at your pace, in a way that feels steady, real, and meaningful.
