Need to talk it out? I’m here to listen.
Deep Listening is a 1:1 session where I hold space for you to share whatever’s on your mind. I’m not giving advice or coaching—I’m here to actively listen, reflect back what I hear, and be fully present with you. The focus is purely on empathy, understanding, and validation, without judgment or an agenda.
Janna M.
“Thank you for creating such a steady, supportive space — Elizabeth named exactly what needed naming in the middle of everything I’ve been holding. It felt like such a relief to finally be able to say it out loud.”
Katherine L.
“I didn’t realize how much resistance I’d been carrying until Elizabeth said it. That resistance really was just wasted energy. That one insight alone helped me shift something I’ve been stuck in for months.”
Nathalie G.
“Elizabeth has this incredible way of saying the thing that needs to be said, gently but clearly, even when everything feels chaotic. I always leave feeling steadier, like I can face things again.”
It’s not therapy, and it’s not coaching. Deep Listening is something different.
Deep Listening is a space to feel it all—and say it all, without judgment. It’s where you can start to untangle what you know to be true for yourself, uncover the desire beneath the desire, and begin to imagine the truest, most beautiful story for your life.
It’s a moment to pause and explore what might be standing in the way of living that story, to listen closely to what your feelings are trying to tell you, and to understand the deeper beliefs that may be holding you back.
This space invites you to hear yourself think, to reconnect with your inner knowing, and to gently rebuild trust in your intuition.
Though it’s self-directed, you’re never alone. I’m here to hold that space for you — listening deeply, validating your experience, and offering gentle guidance as you navigate your journey.

Deep Listening is a good fit if you’re craving meaningful support and reflection—whether or not you’re currently in therapy. These sessions can stand alone or complement other forms of care, offering an additional space to be heard, gain clarity, and connect with your inner wisdom.
The Way I Hold Space
My approach is deeply client-centered and grounded in nearly 20 years of experience teaching yoga, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. In Deep Listening sessions, I draw from this embodied foundation to offer a space that is non-dogmatic, compassionate, and validating. I specialize in working with creatives, sensitives, thinkers, and seekers, creating the conditions for your own clarity and truth to emerge, naturally and at your own pace. Together, we make room for what’s been overlooked or held quietly inside, and begin to listen — not just to the words, but to the deeper knowing that’s already within you. This work supports you in reconnecting with yourself, clearing what stands in the way, and moving toward the truest life you’re here to live.
When You Know You Need Something Different
You’ve been carrying something you need to say out loud.
You’re in a season of change, grief, decision, or uncertainty.
You’re craving a quiet, present space to be heard and witnessed.
You’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of trying to “figure it out”.
A Note on Scope
Deep Listening is not therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health care, and it’s not a substitute for working with a licensed professional. This space is not for diagnosis or treatment but for compassionate presence, reflection, and supportive conversation.
If you’re in crisis or navigating significant mental health challenges, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified therapist or mental health provider. This is a complementary space — one where you can be met with care, connection, and deep respect for your unique journey.
