All Levels Welcome—Yes, Really!
Power Yoga is a vigorous, dynamic practice that blends the fluidity of Vinyasa with the strength-building traditions of Ashtanga.
This one-hour, all-levels class is set to contemporary music and designed to challenge and inspire. Creative, intelligently designed flows link breath to movement in a continuous practice rooted in the natural laws of the body—balance and counterbalance, effort and ease, strength and release. Power Yoga builds endurance, flexibility, and focus while cultivating a deeper mind–body connection. Students can expect a strong, fun, and soulful experience—equal parts workout and moving meditation.
New to Power Yoga? You’re welcome here!
This is an all-levels class with options offered throughout. You can take breaks anytime, modify poses, and move at your own pace—whether you’re returning to yoga or brand new to this style.
