  • All rooms feature queen-sized beds, heat and AC, and private baths with tub/shower combos. Each has a minifridge, some have microwaves; others have stove-top burners. They all have windows overlooking the meadows and mountains.

  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided by the Spruceton Inn, and will be light and healthy, but also sustaining—think yogurt, fruit, and granola for breakfast, plus pastries. Lunch will be a mix of salads, sandwiches, and other nutritious fare to keep you going throughout the day. Dinner will be catered by The Artistic Table and will feature plenty of gorgeous Hudson Valley natural bounty with supplemental proteins and sweet treats for dessert.

  • We’ve built our schedule to include free time and a few optional excursions; the rest is as mandatory as a retreat for adults can be. We do feel that committed participation is the best way to create the sort of energy and commitment that will power you going forward. (That said, you can always talk to us if you need a break. We get it.)
